隐私政策
1. 适用范围
本政策适用于香港大柱子科技有限公司(下称"我们")运营的 dazhuzi.ai 网站、console.dazhuzi.ai 控制台及其上托管的 AI Agent 服务(下称"服务")。使用服务即表示你已阅读并同意本政策。
2. 我们收集的信息
- 账户信息:注册时的电子邮箱、显示名称、所属组织名称,以及你主动提供的联系方式。
- 使用与计量数据:实例的创建、启动、停止与删除记录;模型调用的计量数据(模型名称、token 数量、时间戳);访问日志中的 IP 地址、浏览器类型与访问时间。这些数据用于计费、故障排查与安全防护。
- 支付信息:充值由第三方支付服务商 Airwallex 处理,我们只保留交易编号、金额与状态,不存储完整的银行卡号。
- Agent 内容:你在实例中的对话、上传的文件与配置存储在该实例的隔离存储空间内,仅用于向你提供服务。我们不会将这些内容用于训练模型。
- Cookie 与本地存储:仅使用登录会话 Cookie 与语言偏好(浏览器 localStorage);本网站不接入第三方广告或行为追踪。
3. 信息的用途
- 提供、维护与改进服务,包括账户管理、实例调度与技术支持;
- 按用量计量计费、处理充值与退款;
- 安全与反滥用(识别异常访问、防止欺诈与攻击);
- 向你发送与服务相关的通知(如余额告警、重要变更);
- 履行适用法律规定的义务。
4. 信息的共享
我们不出售你的个人资料。仅在以下情形与第三方共享必要的信息:
- 云基础设施:服务部署于 Amazon Web Services(美国 us-east-1 区域),数据存储于其上。
- 支付处理:Airwallex 处理充值付款,适用其隐私政策。
- 模型供应商:当你的 Agent 调用大语言模型时,相关请求内容会发送至你所选模型的提供方(例如 Anthropic、OpenAI、DeepSeek、Moonshot、智谱等),并按该提供方的条款处理。你可以在控制台中选择使用哪些模型。
- 法律要求:应法律、法规或有权机关的要求。
5. 跨境传输
你的数据主要存储与处理于美国。我们依据香港《个人资料(私隐)条例》(第 486 章)的要求采取合理措施保护跨境传输的数据安全。
6. 保存期限
账户存续期间我们保留你的账户信息与计量记录。账户注销后,我们在 30 日内删除账户信息与实例数据;出于财务与合规要求,交易记录依法保存;备份副本在 90 日内轮换清除。
7. 你的权利
你有权查阅、更正、导出或要求删除你的个人资料,也可以随时注销账户。请通过 dzz@dazhuzi.ai 联系我们,我们将在 30 日内回复。
8. 安全措施
每个实例运行在独立的轻量虚拟机中,彼此隔离;所有传输均经 TLS 加密;密钥由平台统一托管,不落到实例内。尽管如此,互联网传输无法保证绝对安全,请妥善保管你的登录凭据。
9. 未成年人
本服务面向企业与成年用户,不面向 16 周岁以下的未成年人。
10. 政策变更
本政策如有重大变更,我们会在本页更新生效日期并通过控制台或邮件通知你。继续使用服务即视为接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers dazhuzi.ai, the console at console.dazhuzi.ai and the hosted AI Agent services (the "Service") operated by Hong Kong Dazhuzi Technology Co., Limited ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept this policy.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email, display name, organization name and any contact details you provide.
- Usage and metering data: instance lifecycle events; model-call metering (model name, token counts, timestamps); access logs including IP address, browser type and time. Used for billing, troubleshooting and security.
- Payment data: top-ups are processed by Airwallex. We keep only transaction IDs, amounts and status — never full card numbers.
- Agent content: conversations, files and configuration inside your instance are kept in that instance's isolated storage and used only to provide the Service. We do not use them to train models.
- Cookies and local storage: a login session cookie and a language preference only. No third-party advertising or behavioral tracking.
3. How we use it
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service;
- To meter usage, bill, and process top-ups and refunds;
- For security and abuse prevention;
- To send service notices (e.g. low-balance alerts, important changes);
- To comply with applicable law.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with: Amazon Web Services (hosting, us-east-1, USA); Airwallex (payments); model providers — when your Agent calls a large language model, the request content is sent to the provider of the model you selected (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Zhipu) and handled under their terms; and authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Your data is primarily stored and processed in the United States. We take reasonable steps, consistent with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), to protect data in transit across borders.
6. Retention
We keep account data and metering records for the life of your account. After account deletion we remove account and instance data within 30 days; transaction records are retained as required by financial regulations; backups rotate out within 90 days.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data, and close your account at any time. Contact dzz@dazhuzi.ai; we respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Each instance runs in its own lightweight virtual machine; all traffic is TLS-encrypted; credentials are held by the platform and never placed inside instances. No internet transmission is perfectly secure — please protect your login credentials.
9. Minors
The Service is intended for businesses and adults and not for anyone under 16.
10. Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and notified via the console or email. Continued use means acceptance.
